A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance is received and a written voucher or confirmation is issued.
Advance & Balance Payment
The required advance and balance due date vary by trip and supplier commitments and will be stated in the quotation.

Only verified payment methods shared through official agency channels should be used. Bank details are intentionally not published here.
Payment Verification
Travellers should retain transaction references. Payments are considered received after successful verification.
Payment Security & Failed Transactions
Do not share card credentials or one-time passwords. Failed or reversed transactions do not confirm a booking.
Taxes & Vouchers
Applicable taxes and inclusions will be shown in the quotation. Review vouchers promptly and report discrepancies.
Refunds
Approved refunds follow the cancellation policy, original payment method where practical and supplier reconciliation.
