Cancellation Policy

A clear overview of cancellation, rescheduling and refund considerations.

This is editable general information and should be reviewed by the travel agency and its professional advisers before publication.

Cancellation Requests

Requests should be submitted in writing using the verified agency contact details. The effective date is when the request is acknowledged.

Applicable Charges

Charges depend on notice period and supplier rules. Specific percentages or slabs must be added to the final booking document after agency review.

Hotels & Transportation

Hotels and vehicle providers may impose their own cancellation or amendment fees, including non-refundable components.

No-Shows & Early Departure

Missed services, late arrival, no-show or voluntary early departure may not qualify for a refund.

Group Departures & Char Dham

Fixed departures and pilgrimage bookings may have stricter supplier deadlines due to advance inventory commitments.

Force Majeure & Rescheduling

Weather, closures, natural events or other circumstances outside reasonable control may require postponement, credits or alternative plans.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed after supplier reconciliation. The expected method and timeframe should be stated in the confirmed policy.
